Terms and Conditions

• Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
   
• You must initiate the return request within 24 hours of receiving the product.
   
• No returns will be accepted after the 24-hour window.
   

• The product must be:
   
  • Unused and uninstalled
     
  • In original packaging
     
  • With all original accessories, manuals, and warranty cards intact
     
• Products showing signs of use or tampering will not be eligible for return.
   

• Product delivered is damaged
   
• Product is not working upon unboxing (dead on arrival)
   
• Wrong product delivered (model/variant mismatch)
   

Note: No returns accepted for reasons like:

• Change of mind
   
• Size or style preference
   
• Delay in delivery by courier
   

• To initiate a return:

  2. Provide:
      
     • Order ID
        
     • Clear photos/videos of the issue
        
     • Brief description of the problem
        
  3. Our support team will verify and approve the return if eligible.
      

• Return pickups will be arranged by us (if applicable), or we’ll guide you on how to return.
   

• Refunds are processed only after:
   
  • Product is returned and inspected
     
  • Our team confirms the issue is valid
     
• Refunds will be:
   
  • Made to the original payment method
     
  • Processed within 7–10 business days after approval
     
• In case of exchange or replacement, timelines may vary based on stock and Godrej’s policy.
